Esther Deck

I was born in Belleville but have considered Kingston home since my military family was posted here in 2003. I left Kingston to pursue an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Law at Carleton University in Ottawa and returned to Kingston for my Juris Doctor’s degree at Queen’s Law from which I graduated in 2020.

I then articled in Belleville and practiced there for my first few years of being called to the Bar. I began with RST in 2024, when it was time for me to return home again to Kingston. I now work primarily in the areas of Family Law, Child Protection and Real Estate. I accept private retainers and clients using Legal Aid.

Outside of the office, I very much enjoy Kingston’s music scene, and you can often find me supporting local musicians at live shows and open mics.
